Concept
We start with bespoke design and 2D & 3D drawing services, and support with strategies to reduce carbon footprints. The 3D drawings allow for a clearer understanding of the design and concepts, allowing for us to prove at the design stage the functionality of the machine and aid in eliminating design errors and reduce design timing.
Our team oversees a full project management service, taking all requirements into account. We work closely with our customers looking at schedules and budgets to fully plan and design systems in line with a customer’s overall project programme.
Commissioning
We work across many industries including food, construction, hospitality and pharmaceutical. In the pharmaceutical industry we carried out a successful project for a long term customer. They required a timing belt conveyor as part of a system to remove wrappers from products and transfer to boxes. You can read more about this here.
Within the food industry, we were previously challenged to improve the design of a box filling solution. It required designing and manufacturing a new robust unit to innovate the solution further. You can read more about this here.
In the industrial industry, we were again challenged with improving an existing solution. The current solution had an additional conveyor on each conveyor line to move the product onto a centralised system. Asmech removed this and designed and manufactured a rolled product chute to streamline the system and reduced the running expense and maintenance. You can read more about this here.
